On April 7, I’ll be speaking with fellow economist and New York Times best-selling author Jeffrey Sachs about the future of economic development.

One of the core questions we cover together in MRU's development economics course is why some countries have grown out of poverty while others have not. Jeffrey Sachs and I and will dive into this topic as we discuss how to alleviate poverty for future generations.
