John Stuart Mill, terms of trade

This video explores one of John Stuart Mill's essays penned between 1829-30 in which he discusses taxation of exports and imports. Mill also discusses the final limitations of trade and what has come to be known as the "transfer problem," when money is shifted out of a country to abroad, such as in debt or reparation payments.
